The x1f4_type_lxtime function sets the nodetype record to
describe the ‘time’ data type. type is used for the code
field of the struct x1f4_nodetype_type record and it should be the
integer used for the ‘time’ data type id (the
timetype_set.type field in the struct x1f4_lxdate_type record
when constructing the time library via the x1f4_init_lxdate).
